Inclusive
No previous hand-eye coordination needed!
The workshops focus on fun, achievable tricks with a variety of different props, to make sure that every student leaves with a feeling of accomplishment and pride. Juggling is non-competitive and the skills taught are easily accessible for all. Since every group is different, Brendan adapts each workshop to match the age, skill level, and skill spread of the class.
Each workshop also includes a short performance by Brendan, guaranteed to impress and amuse.

balance
bi-manual dexterity
reflexes
flexibility
concentration
It's also a gentle form of exercise, can relieve stress, promote mindfulness, and has even been shown to increase the amount of grey matter in the brain!

Options to suit you
30-45 minute classes
For schools and other big crowd scenarios, choose a series of 30-45 minute taster workshops. Each student gets to try out several different props for a broad introduction to juggling and circus skills.
1-2 hour workshops
For smaller groups with more time (youth groups, team-building exercises, etc), go for a longer session. This begins with the introductory taster workshop before covering 3-ball juggling and moving onto simple, fun, collaborative juggling patterns that involve multiple people at a time.
Multiple sessions
Book a number of sessions over several weeks for a chance to dive deep into a number of varied props and techniques. Each week presents a different activity, recaps the previous lessons, and allows for free-play time as well.
